Red Alert 2 on Steam Not Working

I recently purchased the Command & Conquer bundle from Steam and I can't get Red Alert 2 to open. I get an error saying: unable to set the video mode and the app closes out. I am running cross over 24.0 and I have a Mac mini m2 pro. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi, I tried last week on M1 with Crossover installed as win10: RA2 - no luck, Yuri - ran, but slow and laggy.
But after "adding"(download, and copy files to RA2 dir) cnc-ddraw game works perfect!
