How To Upgrade

To upgrade your product, login to our Store. Your login information was provided in an email you received after purchase.

To verify the products you have available, login to the My Account section and use the My Downloads link provided. If no products are displayed here, use the Archived Downloads tab to access the last version of CrossOver available to your account.

Duration of Support

CrossOver Standard

Every CrossOver Standard purchase comes with 6 months of free Level 3 support and updates. Level 3 support covers installation and show stopping issues on problems reported against our supported applications. After the free support term has expired, customers will still be able to download the latest update they were entitled to, but will not receive further updates or support.

CrossOver Professional

Customers that purchase CrossOver Professional will receive 12 months of higher priority Level 2 support. Larger customers (100+ licenses) receive Level 1 support, which carries a host of other benefits; please contact us directly to learn more about Level 1 support. As with CrossOver Standard customers, after the free support term has expired, customers will still be able to download the latest update they were entitled to, but will not receive further updates or support.

You can renew CrossOver Professional at a discounted price for an additional year for up to 30 days after its expiration date. After 30 days past expiration you will need to purchase at full price.

CrossOver Games
