We have the following support options available.

  1. Support Ticket System
    Our Support Ticket System allows you to send us questions and track the question (ticket) until we have solved the issue. You can also search the system for questions that have already been answered.

    Please Note: The Ticket System is the only official support mechanism for most of our customers.

  2. Wiki
    Our online Wiki is a knowledge base resource. It is updated often with answers to common questions and issues.
  3. Forums
    We also provide discussion and announcements mailing lists for keeping track of CrossOver developments.
  4. Online Documentation
    We keep updated copies of our documentation online for your reference. The documentation also includes an FAQ (frequently asked questions) list that we update regularly.
  5. IRC
    We provide an Internet Relay Chat (IRC) room for you to discuss CrossOver products. CodeWeavers staff and developers frequent this room.
