Shipping Charges

CodeWeavers software is available for download, free of shipping charges. Shipping via DHL International Express is available anywhere in the world. Rates are quoted dynamically on our web site, depending on where you are located. Note: we no longer ship via U.S. Postal Service, due to the loss of many packages, and the inability to track them adequately. We apologize for any inconvenience that our higher rates may have, but we felt it was necessary in order to give our customers better guaranteed delivery.

Sales Tax

We charge residents of Minnesota, USA a 6.5% state sales tax.

Email Address

Your email address is also your username to login to our support system. Please enter a valid email when you purchase. If your email changes after purchase, you can always change it by logging in to the ticket system with your old email, and updating your profile to reflect the new email address.

Lost Orders for Download Customers

After your order, you will receive your login information to this site in your confirmation email. Please hang on to this email.

This site allows you to redownload your products as well. Just login to this site and follow the Downloads link in the sidebar. Be sure to hang onto the password you receive in your confirmation email. You need that password to log into this site.

If you lose all your information and files, you can still contact us at store@codeweavers.com to get a download link.

International Customers

We have a wide range of international distributors and resellers. Please refer to our Reseller Finder to locate a reseller in your neck of the woods.

Our store accepts international credit cards. If you would like to purchase an item from our store, but do not have a credit card, you can still contact us at store@codeweavers.com to receive more info on how to purchase without a credit card.
