How can I disable the Welcome screen?

The welcome screen appears on every launch and every refocus of CrossOver Mac in 6.1. If you no longer want to see the Welcome screen, you can issue the following command below in a terminal window. Note, CrossOver needs to be closed (not running) before you enter the command below.

Launch Applications > Utilities > Terminal

defaults write com.codeweavers.CrossOver UseWelcomeWindowAsUntitledFile -bool NO

After you have entered the above command you can simply close the terminal application.
