When running Outlook 2003 in "Cached Exchange Mode" you may encounter
a hang with the message "Retrieving Mailbox Settings".

This seems to happen if the mailbox is configured after Service Pack 2
is installed. To workaround this issue do initial mailbox setup before
applying Office SP2.
