Javascript issues- it runs too slow on YouTube

IE runs extremely slow on pages that require javascript. You'll find yourself clicking the down arrow on any page only and then be delayed for a couple seconds before your actual click is taken into action. Videos take forever to load on YouTube and playback is choppy at times.

I am running Fedora Core 12, Crossover version 10.0.3.
