11号小镇综合症是一款在荒诞小镇中作为画家的模拟游戏。你是一位新来到小镇的画家，为这个镇上的居民们作画。但随着剧情的推进，你逐渐发现这个小镇越来越诡异。对于这个小镇的诡异现象沉默不语的你，直到某一天发现了这个镇子上有一个和你一样的外来者——一个正常的人。你会被居民们的异常行为影响吗？会为了融入小镇默许“异常”成为“正常”吗？会为了保全自己而忽视另一位正常人的求助吗？游戏特色以及玩法：收集每位顾客对于作画要求的关键词。在作画界面可以将关键词拆分成线稿、颜色、滤镜三种元素，将这三种元素组合到画布上完成作画！每位顾客都是古怪的，记得仔细品味他们的对话才能了解他们的喜好。当你的作画顾客满意，会获得一张来自顾客赠予的故乡的车票。这些车票会带着谁通向哪呢？
