7.7 version of 1C:Enterprise is outdated. Current 1C:Enterprise is 8.1 and 8.2 is in beta stage.

But about 95% of enterprises continued uses the old and stability versions 7.7.x
New release has match bugs and very match preferences for program. And all linux users waiting the lionux version of client :)
One half of our clients have been made migration to 8.1 version successfully. There are no any critical bug reports. Linux 1c:enterprise 8.1 release is available.
