unimplemented function dxgi.dll.CreateDXGIFactory1

Running on Mac (10.9.5, CX 13.2.0.27771) gives:
Unhandled exception: unimplemented function dxgi.dll.CreateDXGIFactory1 called in 32-bit code (0x7bc456b8).

Seems to be fixed in more recent versions of wine:
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24517

The game is DirectX11 only from what I read. That error is just one of countless that would prevent it from working.
