Installing Update Version

Hi!
I tried installing the update-Version of Photoshop 6, but it didnt work first. It tries to find an older version on CD. It didnt find Version 5 in the CD-Drive and therefore didnt install.
A little trick helped. I opened another WindowApp (Word97) an just called the open dialog and moved to the cd-rom an left it just open there. Then starting the setup worked just fine and found the older version 5 for the update version.
