Error with licensing subsystem

I got past the first error by copying ODBCCP32.DLL from another computer (happened to be Windows Vista) into the /windows/system32 directory. Then I opened a command line in crossover, changed to the /windows/system32 folder and ran this line:
regsvr32 odbccp32.dll

That got the program to install, but when running this error shows and the program exits:

"The licensing subsystem has failed catastrophically. You must reinstall or call customer support."
