So far the game refuses to start. I get an icon in the dock, but after a few seconds it disappears. Running with both cd, and a no-cd crack in winxp bottles. If anyone has any ideas they would be most appreciated.

This may be an advance, but probably not. This game suffers from some serious issues with trying to run on a PC due to video card requirements and bizarre driver needs. I don't fully understand it all, but (and this is just guessing) I think it would mean CX would have to emulate specific video drivers due to this game's extremely limited compatibility. Also, it runs DirectX 9.0c.
