When moving the mouse arrow to the bottom of the screen, the screen doesn't scroll downward. I've resorted to using the arrow keys.

When moving the mouse arrow to the bottom of the screen, the screen doesn't scroll downward. I've resorted to using the arrow keys.
I'm only having an issue with the mini map. When I click on a spot I would like to jump to, It takes me all the way to the bottom-left part of the screen. I can get past this by clicking and holding on the spot and moving the curser before releasing the mouse. Not very fun when trying to make quick moves.
