Some Progress, Still No Gameplay

By copying the CD contents over to the bottle and running the installer from there, I was able to install Crysis. With one extra step, I was able to launch the game and get to the menus, even start a new game, but Crysis crashes everytime I finish loading a map. It seems to suffer from this bug: http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=18799

I have yet to find a workaround.
