The crosstie profile is now online, however, DDO fails to start on my
11,2 iMac with HD5670 video -- it starts & runs fine on my linux boxes.
I would appreciate if someone with a nvidia fitted Mac could give the
install profile a go and see if DDO runs in that situation (in fact,
any Mac with a different video chipset than what I have here would be
an equally good test =)
Please post any results in such regard to this thread.

Hello im on mac with os version 10.5.8
I get stuck in the crosstie you have made. When I am trying to install the pando media booster it just stops and does not install at all...
It says "Executing pre installation actions" and shows a empty "download bar"
I've waited about 20-30 minutes for something to happen but it does not :/
I really want to get this to work since I've quit wow and decided to go over to DDO until Gw2 comes out.

Sounds like you are using an old version of CrossOver Games (CXG).
The Pando Media Booster (PMB) only works with CXG 10.1 ... note especially that CXG and CrossOver Pro are different downloads.
