Runtime Error at DDO Start-Up

Whenever I try to log into DDO (using PyLotRO) I get the following error:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error!
Program C:\Program Files\Turbine\DDO Unlimited\dndclient.exe
R6034
An application has made an attempt to lad the C runtime library incorrectly.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.

And then the program will quit. Any idea how to fix this?

Are you installing using the crosstie provided?
