DVD Profiler 3.8 Sync Connection Issues with Mobile Devices

DVD Profiler 3.8 is working beautifully with Codeweaver 12 but for some reason I can't connect my mobile devices to sync the changes though they sync fine when running the program through Parallels and Windows XP. This leads me to think the issue is with DVD Profiler's internet connection through Codeweaver but it connects to the DVD Profiler Online fine. Anyone know of any solutions to suggest?
