You can install the maps in the same way that you install the additional Bible modules, as outlined here:

However, the maps that we've tested call on unimplemented code, and don't work properly. When you click on the "graphics" button in e-sword, the Maps dialogue will be blank. You can see the maps by using the "print preview" mode, but the normal map viewer window will be mostly blank.
