Having Problems With The CrossTie for EA App?

I would like to know how others using the EA App may have Installed it. So far, I have the following:

MacBook Pro 2020, 13-inch
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB
16 GB 3733 MHz LPDDR4X

Crossover at 24.0.3

I was wondering how others Installed the EA App.
