Installed from withing the Steam bottle but when i try to run it a small window appears with title:

Hmm, I get a page fault.
Have tried a Windows 10 and 7 64 bit bottle, with a fresh Steam and DirectX for Modern Applications.
Be really nice if could get this working, since exactly the sort of game that can play sat on a laptop just exploring or trading, say...

Ah, got it running.
Installed .NET 4.8 into the bottle and voila.
You have to load Steam then launch the game. Triggering EDLaunch gives you a partial UI and an exception when you click on anyway.
Framerate seems to be around 30 fps docked in Jameson Memorial.
I'll try and venture out and try a resource extraction site later perhaps.
I am installing the stand alone version. And 'net4'
Lets see how this goes.
I created a new bottle for Win7 64 installing the small installer from frontier.
Well i installed Net4 but now i get :
