crosstie notes - CXG 9.x users please read this

Hi,

If you are using the c4p/crosstie to install into CXG 9.x you have to
manually install the GPU & sound plugins for things to work. You can do
this via c4p/crosstie on the following C4 pages..;

Note: these plugins are automatically installed when using the crosstie
with CXG 10 or better.
