EVE Crossover 15 - OSX Yosemite - Graphics Issues

Crossover 14 works just fine, fantastic actually.. Crossover 15 I can login and play but the graphics are "flashing" at the login screen its solid black, but if I move my mouse I can see the character selection screen and can click stuff.. once in game the menu bar flashes everytime I click something.

I bought this literally to play EVE and now since updating I can't play :(
