When I installed fo3 GOTY in steam (no cross-ties) and I click play, the launcher appears, but when I click play on the launcher the game immediately quits and my avatar turns back blue. Any suggestions?

I'm also using GOTY und it runs fine so far.
I've installed directx, .net 3.0, vcrun2005 and vcrun2008 via crossover and copied msasn1.dll into the system32 folder.
