I bought the game on steam offer. Now, upon launching, it shows the launcher menu, sets all the settings but when started it only draws a window with no video and no sound. Under task-manger the Fallout3.exe is normal , no zombie giving me the impression the game starts but something is wrong.
What's been done so far
a) checking game integrity
b) playing with the settings (vsync on/off, resolution, windowed mode)
b) upgrading ati driver
c) creating fake nvidia device under the steam bottle in the registry
None of the above have worked.
Any ideas & suggestions is warmly welcomed.
