Fallout tactics skips in intro

The game (GOG version) seems to play decent, but it skips and stutters terribly in the intro and cutscenes. Anyone know how to fix this problem so I can see the game in its glory?

Using Crossover Games 10.1. I think I installed it with CrossTie, too.
