Steam issue - exits while trying to launch?

When I try and run Fallout it launches within Steam and I get the 1 of 1 window for .Net, it then exits and nothing happens. Any ideas? Other games are fine.

The .NET installer probably fails. Install using this crosstie into the same bottle:
