Half-Life did not display any issues when installed/run via
the Steam interface.
The installation procedure I used was this simple ;
- Purchase the game via Steam using my system's default web-browser (firefox 3.5.x)
- Install the Steam client via the cxinstallwizard builtin target (if not already installed)
- Start the Steam client, login and download/install the Half-Life software
- Launch the game
Gets a silver straight out of the box - first impressions are this will
change to gold after a bit more gameplay/testing...
