Heroes 3 graphical error

Hi, i recently installed heroes 3 on a macbook air from 2011, and the app installs normally, but when i launch the game has a huge graphical bug, the screen is filled with black or white holes, and sometimes the image disappears completely and only coloured points appear in the screen. Anyone knows what's the matter?
