Hey, I recently reinstalled HoMM IV complete, the gog.com version. Everything runs smoothly, I can start the game, run around on a map and build things in my castles.
However, as soon as I enter battles the animations run very slowly/choppy/laggy, it makes it unplayable.
Around 2 years ago I had the same issues with this game, I randomly tried resolution settings with virtual desktop and succeeded and the lag went away, but this time nothing seems to work out for me. I have 2 gb ram, but maybe it is actually the graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 3000 288 MB.
Does anyone has any suggestions?
