I have the same problem...
Can you please describe your problem in a more detailed way. Do you mean the images under artwork?
Can you please also post your iTunes and your CX version.
I'm using iTunes 4.7.1.30/cxoffice pro 4.2.
It's difficult to describe in anymore detail, basically the text based parts of the album cover print ok, but (presumably) bitmap based stuff is a mirror image, including some text, which is presumably bit mapped rather than normal text.
I've done a few examples to illustrate the problem :
http://hotstuff.my-place.org.uk/iTunes/window.jpg is a screen shot of the print dialog, the preview is a bit small, but looks OK.
http://hotstuff.my-place.org.uk/iTunes/print.pdf is generated by via the KDEPrint option from the print dialog, however, normal printing directly to the printer (in my case Epson Stylus C20UX) is the same. The artwork is now a mirror image and upsidedown compared to the original preview.

Sorry for not getting back ealier, but I had problem downloading the links you posted. I also tried with some of my own songs (I never tried printing covers through itunes) and I have the same problems.
Let me play a little bit with that, hopefully I will find a solution.
