Installing .NET 4.x in Crossover running in a VM

I've run into an odd issue when trying to install .NET 4.6.2 using the latest Crossover in a Fedora 28 VM running in a Xen hypervisor.

The installer says that there is not enough disk space to complete the install. So it seems that somewhere along the way the amount of free disk space the virtual disk contains is being misreported by the VM.

Is there a solution/workaroud for this issue?
