My CD of Office 2000 is an upgrade. So too is my CD of Office 97. Which means that, to install Office 2000, I must first install Word 95, then upgrade to Word 98, then that enables me to install Office 2000.
Therefore, how does this fit with using Office 2000 under Crossover on a Mac. Can I actually do this three-step installation with upgrades on Crossover?
Also, Office 2000 has regular service pack upgrades from Microsoft. How do we install these Service Packs.
Recently, Microsoft has provided an upgrade to Office that enables past software to read/write the new Office 2007 format. How can we install these updates under Crossover on a Mac ?
