TreePlan decision modelling macro doesn't work

Treeplan, an Excel macro widely used for decision modelling in management and MBA/EMBA degrees, appears not to work in Crossover Office. Opening a TreePlan .xlam file fails without error. A lock file for the xlam file is added in the directory, but Excel does not load any document.
