Outlook 2016 Professional Plus - Can't create Exchange-Connection
I want use Outlook 2016 Professional Plus with Hosted Mailcow. That's a alternative to Exchange, but uses the EAS-Protocol.
Under Windows I go over System Control and there to Mail Profile. Only there I can create an EAS-Profile, not with the Assistant at Outlook.
Now I want use Linux Mint and found Crossover to install Office and there I can use Outlook, but I can't create a correct profile. The assistant of Outlook expect Exchange Server or IMAP/POP3, but no EAS.
Can anybody helps me?
Many thanks and nice evening.
In your bottle you have an icon email, try to create the connection thought that. Only problem you may face is that it tries to do this automatically and times out sometime after the sun has imploded, so do not think it will be done fast.
Where I have this icon email?? I don't see it.
I assume you installed with the tie that is available on the product page? (https://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/crossover/microsoft-office-2016,
click install now for the tie)
Because it should be available.
Can you try making a bottle with the English version of Office 2016, maybe the language causes problems (although i doubt it)
