Outlook crashes when starting

I´ve installed office 2000. Everything works well, but oulook crashes at start.
I can see the splash screen and behind the window. Then the splash screen disappears and the rest of the window too (Even the process is killed. What happened ? Any idea?)

I´ve had the same problem, it works fine when you install the new DCOM95...
