After successful custom install of Office 2007 Pro Academic edition (custom - run all from my computer)
ugly 'DDE failure' message at word startup
I was about to panic, but then ignored the message and later opening of files from this website seem to work OK
Word crashed when I attempted to close the files that i had opened, not saving changes -
debug in error report: Unhandled page fault on read access to -0x00000000 at address 0x344f6184
I get this crash message about every other time I close a file.
This is an Ubuntu system originally installed as 8.04 but upgraded to 9.04.
I now see that regularly get the closing crash message (same address) on a newly installed Ubuntu 9.04 system.
