Upon first launch, there is a black bar just above the Navigation/Search bar. And when the mouse is hovered to that black bar, there will be several Floating Point Error popups ("Invalid Floating Point Operation"). This black bar is supposedly the Workspace Tabs where you can have multiple views.
This error is caused by a missing pre-req when installing.
Ensure the following packages are added on the last tab of the install process (Advanced -> Items to install -> Add ):
Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0
Platform SDK Redistributable: GDI+
The black bar will disappear and be replaced by the workspace tabs!
