I have installed Open Workbench 1.1rc3 with CXOffice 4.0. You must first install a JRE (I used Sun's JRE 1.4.2_06. Both installations proceed fine, but Open Workbench cowardly refuses to start, complaining that it can't find the JRE. I'll research further and see if I can get past the JRE location problem.
Even if that problem can be solved, I suspect that until the problem with the JRE crashing when graphics are drawn is fixed, Open Workbench will not work.
