This product was IBM Workplace Forms for awhile and is now Lotus Forms. PureEdge ICS Viewer mostly worked, though accurate printing was a problem. There was a kludged Mac version of Workplace Forms Viewer that could be found on the web at grants.gov, though it was broken by Security Update 2007-004. There is a workaround involving executing a shell script to launch the app.
