Quicken 2007 Forum

I've just tried doing a fresh install of Quicken 2007 on CrossOver 6.1.0 Mac (using all of our Tips & Tricks, of course 😊.

Unfortunately it doesn't work. Specifically, it ends up with an unstable IE6 installation which can't do SSL and crashes when you try to open the File menu. ☹️

I've double-checked that the same computer can successfully do a fresh install via CrossOver 6.0.1 Mac and then upgrade to CrossOver 6.1.0 Mac and Quicken+IE6 still works!

Has anyone else had the same experience? (On either Mac or Linux)

I've been using Quicken 2006 on CrossOver 6.1.0 (on MAC OS X) since its release.
I tried installing Quicken 2007 with your "work around" on 9Jun07 and got the same result you reported (IE crashes when "File" is selected; google.com won't load; IE repair reports long list of files missing).
