Download vs. CD Version of Quicken 2011?

I'm looking to evaluate running Quicken 2011 under Crossover, and wondering if it makes a difference whether I use the download or CD version of Quicken when I try to install. Any experience or pointers on this?

I have not tried with the CD, but had no trouble with the downloaded file.
