Bypass the Quicken 2013 is Available startup message

Clicking Close, Learn More, or Upgrade all cause Quicken to crash.

To get past this dialog box uncheck "Remind me Later" and click the red close button in the top-right of the promo dialog window.

Can you please update the associated (closed) support ticket to let folks know the problems come back? And to provide your instructions - which differ from the support ticket.

This should probably also go into "tips & tricks", and it appears to affect multiple versions. I just ran into it on Quicken 2012. Fortunately I wasn't filtering specifically on Quicken 2012 when I ran across this post in the forums.
