13.2 - Can't get Quicken to back up automatically

Hi,

13.2 seems to be the best version so far - Quicken runs almost seamlessly now EXCEPT that I cannot get the program to back up automatically. I have checked all the appropriate boxes in the preferences, but still no auto backups. Any idea about how to get this to work again?

Also, still have to hit "close" twice to close the program - the first close just shuts the register, not the program itself.
