quicken 2013 online backup installer

I managed to get quicken 13 online, and restored my data from my old macbook using a flash drive. I am unable to get the online backup to work.
When i try to do an online backup, it asks for my account ID and password. After inputting them, it asks to reinstall the quicken online backup software onto a pc using an existing account. After that it gives me a start download window, but nothing happens when I try to start the download.
I have tried to install the quicken online backup under programs, but it seems to hang up each time. Any ideas?
