problem installing ragnarok online

when i attempt to install the game, crossover games gets through installing the two C++ programs that it needs then it hangs for a bit while attempting to install the client, and then i get a message saying "the installer has exited but ragnarok does not seem to be installed" someone wanna tell me what in gods name im doing wrong?
