From new update RIFT 3.0 I could not run the game.

Us I remember from new update I download the game and install it. Every thing was okay. But after I open it the load screen go till 30% and game crashes. I do not know what to do. I tried many times to do something but it just say that there is a problem. Then I uninstall it and do the same thing again. It do not work! Do I need to change something? I do not know what is wrong.Please help!
(I have MAC)
From what I read from others I do not get the answer.
