Roots Magic 5 New Fact Dialog Box Problem

Crossover 12.1.2
While looking at the details of an individual I click on the 'add fact' button. The dialog box shows up empty.
The program locks up and I have to force quit crossover several times to be able to restart RM5. Any suggestions?
