Unlocking the Database

I noticed at the Wine App Db, someone recommended going to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Enterbrain\RPGVX\DatabaseIndex and changing it to another number (like 2).

This allows the database, but the actors tab is still locked, which is annoying. Other than that, it seems that this almost works.
