Any ideas on how to get this app to run? I can't even get it to install.
Sins is running for me on ubuntu 4.04 using the crossover eval copy (7.0.2?). I installed it into a winxp bottle and everything worked including the latest update.
You can't start the game from the launcher however as that seems to hang, at least for me. To start the game I ran the following command:
/opt/cxoffice/bin/wine ./Sins\ of\ a\ Solar\ Empire.exe
This was run in my sins install directory (~/.cxoffice/default/drive_c/Program Files/Stardock Games/Sins of a Solar Empire). I do have some font issues and the audio is not working 100% in the game. It is playable however.
Game still crashes shortly after startup for me....not sure this one works.
